Our Green Sand Molding Department delivers the flexibility to produce aluminum castings of all sizes and complexities. Using high-quality silica sand and automated molding systems, we achieve excellent dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and repeatability across production volumes.
For parts requiring greater strength, stability, and intricate design, our Air Set (No-Bake) Molding process provides superior dimensional control. This method is ideal for complex geometries, large castings, or projects that demand higher tensile strength and tighter tolerances.
The Core Making Department supports both green sand and air set operations, providing internal geometries and precision features that standard molding cannot achieve. We use automated core machines and advanced binder systems to ensure dimensional consistency and structural integrity.
Our Melting Department features multiple high-capacity gas-fired furnaces capable of handling a wide variety of aluminum alloys, including Almag 35, 355, 356, A356, 357, 713, and 319. Continuous monitoring and spectrometer analysis ensure precise chemistry and repeatable metal quality for every pour.
After casting, every part moves through our Grinding and Cleaning Department, where flash removal, gating cleanup, and surface finishing are completed to customer specification. Automated grinding equipment and experienced technicians ensure that every aluminum casting is clean, uniform, and ready for further processing.
