On the left is a .88 pound hollow thin wall fuel line elbow aluminum sand casting poured in 355 aluminum alloy. The center aluminum casting is a 1.28 pound hollow electronics housing, using a shell core and is poured in A356 alloy in our aluminum sand foundry, and heat treated to T6 condition by our affiliate Alcast Company. The final aluminum sand casting on the right is a 1.13 pound hollow thin walled tube casting.
